I started these Surf Lyfe posts because surfing, and surf culture makes me happy. I have been consciously making it a point to downsize, cut overhead, and allow more time to do simple things like surf, or get in the water for a swim with my son. Soon I will convince my wife to get all the way granola and live in a little surf shack. For this "Surf Lyfe" post I burgled photos from T Magazine. T Magazine has given us a glimpse into Tom Adler’s super rad redwood-frame surf hideout near Carpinteria, Calif. (THAT VIEW!!!!)

Lambert & Fils

I'm really into the Clark Desk Lamp from Montreal-based lighting design studio Lambert & Fils. The brass lighting trend is in full swing and I'm already almost over it but I do like this super simple modern approach with a block of marble used for the base.
